If the book is not right for you, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked, no conditions.
We believe that people buy books in good faith. If a book does not meet your expectations, you should be able to return it without bureaucracy. The guarantee exists to make the purchase decision feel safe.
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Applies to digital editions purchased directly through this site.
- One refund per title, per customer.
- Does not apply to physical print editions (handled by the print-on-demand provider).
How to request a refund
Use the refund support page. Enter the email address used at checkout. We will locate your order and process the refund within one business day. You will receive confirmation by email.
If you cannot find your order or the refund page does not work, contact us directly through the connectivity page.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within one business day of the request. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank, typically 3–7 business days.
Merchant of Record
Purchases in USD and GBP are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Purchases in EUR are processed by Paddle. Both act as Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed through the same provider used for the original purchase.
